The Paperyard is a new housing development in Horsham, which will be opening in 2021.

In early 2020, estate agent Brock Taylor and developer Berkeley Homes ran a special launch event which was open to Horsham residents only, to give them first chance to find out about the development and reserve their apartment.

The event took place at the Everyman Cinema in Horsham and was a busy day which resulted in 26% of the apartments being secured by deposits.

This video shows what happened on the day to give other developers an idea of what a launch event could be like for their buildings and it features interviews with key personnel talking about the development and the event.
