For this, their second corporate video production with us, they wanted a high production value piece to match both the standards they give to their clients and that of their developments. The video also needed to be visually engaging and dynamic to appeal to their target audience.

This video was designed to showcase their new Manchester based development of suites and penthouses and show off Manchester itself along with onscreen text giving facts and figures about the growing business strength of the city.

We travelled to Manchester and spent the first half of our shoot day on the streets of the city, capturing shots of landmarks and interesting city locations. After that, we went 20 floors up to the top apartment of the new residential development and used the Ronin gimbal rig to get smooth, moving steadicam-style shots of the apartment. We also got some great views overlooking the city from up there too. The addition of simple but effective animated text helped keep the video on brand visually with the company.

This is our second video for Gower and Mae, the first being a “Welcome to Gower and Mae” introduction video with presenter Fiona Rene. This video explained who the company is, what they do and what their ethos is, featuring interviews with founders Jonathon Scott and Mark Sharman.
